Innovative Rx Solutions was developed when Mike Maenza realized there was a need for disruptive innovation in the long-term care marketplace. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Mike saw firsthand how many outdated processes are in long-term care facilities. He realized there were limitations with operational efficiencies in these facilities, so he immediately began building solutions, and Innovative Rx Solutions was born.

Through Innovative Rx Solutions, Mike created and built a contactless medication delivery system called The Titan. With COVID-19 and the flu still spreading rapidly through long-term care facilities, this product revolutionizes medication delivery processes.  

When asked about the Titan, Maenza stated, “One of the biggest problems we want to eliminate for facilities is the lack of knowledge about who’s walking into their building daily. Between pharmacy deliveries, demanding drivers, and interchanging delivery personnel, there is no limit to the spread of germs that can occur daily.
